If you can conceive it and believe it ... and then prepare for it ... you can achieve it! Preparation for what to expect is so important.

What creates income?

It is the exchange of value offered between people that creates income. When an exchange of value occurs in this manner, it is called a sale. Do the words sale, salesmanship, sales person, selling and the like have a negative connotation for you? If so and if you can't get over it, then you may have to give up your dreams of freedom. No matter who you are and how you make your money ... be it wage, salary, commission, interest income or whatever ... no one makes a penny, either directly or indirectly, without a sale occuring.

If you are going to have a home-based business, you are going to make sales. You are going to offer to exchange value for people's money. Is that understood?

Most people, when they hear that they will be "selling", have an averse reaction. "I'm not a salesperson, I can't sell anything nor do I want to be one of those pushy, obnoxious salespeople!" That's the general perception. How do we get around it? Simple ... educational marketing! Exactly what you are experiencing at this very moment.

A quote attributed to the late Peter F. Drucker who was, according to the Washington Post's staff writer, Patricia Sullivan, often called the world's most influential business guru and whose thinking transformed corporate management in the latter half of the 20th century.

What's that mean? Simply put ... good marketing makes selling unneccessary.
And ... good marketing is knowing your customer, partner, client, patient, subscriber ... whatever you call the people you do business with.

I don't know you personally. I do know this about you ... you're looking for a change. To what extent? I'm not sure. You've made it to this point and you know that things aren't going to just magically change for you. You know that you've got to DO something to effect that change. Right? I'm going to interject a pleasant reality for you ... you're on the right path. Whether what we have to offer is or isn't for you, you're doing! That's good!

Unrealistic Expectations. Another harsh reality.

Why would I bring this up? Because people have unrealistic expectations. And ... many of those unrealistic expectations come from the HYPE used to emotionally draw people in.  

"Make $BIG MONEY$ from home at your kitchen table in your underware doing no work, no selling, no calling (We'll do all the work, selling and calling for you) and all of this for only $29.95 a month. This is Turnkey ... push button simple!"

I'm sure you've seen something similar to this before. Did it draw your attention? Of course it did. It promises to do everything for you which is almost irresistible. Is it real? I can only tell you that I've fallen for it myself and NEVER has it panned out. I don't know why but most of the general population is prone to the "something for nothing syndrome" which usually turns out to be time wasted chasing the POT O' GOLD at the end of the rainbow! Hype - it's bad!

In fact the HYPE has gotten so out of hand that people are actually starting to make fun of it. Check this website out. It's a parody on an over the top sales page website ... Buy My Stupid E-Book   ... a warning ... there's a bit of vulgarity on this website.

That's pretty funny, isn't it? It's also pretty sad. Sad in the respect that there are great products and services to bring to the marketplace, a ton of money to be made and yet both legitimate opportunities and scams use the same Sales Page Formula. In other words, it is tough to differentiate between the good and the bad.

In reference to Link2 and Link3, Send Out Cards and Robert Blackman's List Broker service, Send Out Cards doesn't use the typical Sales Page Formula, Robert Blackman's List Broker service does use it. One page needs help, one page can stand on it's own. You will learn how BOTH work to our benefit!

I'll cool it after this. I just want you to know that what's in most sales letters is what you want to hear. Not what you need to hear. There's a BIG difference! Hey! Some people appreciate hearing about harsh realities ... some people put their hands over their ears and, at the top of their lungs, go LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA! Hopefully, that's not you.
