It sure just seems to affect almost
everything that is dear to us!

And yet the vast majority of people
that go on to higher education (college, universities, tech schools)
do it to increase their earning capability. That is an accepted axiom.
THEY DO IT FOR THE MONEY!
Oh sure ... some go for altruistic reasons.
They find out sooner or later (usually sooner) that
altruism doesn't pay the bills.
"Wow, I now realize my Liberal Arts degree is getting me
nowhere. Good thing I minored in business."

"Education will make you a living,
Self-Education will make you a fortune."
Here's something else attributed to Jim Rohn ...
To become financially independent you must turn part of your income into capital;
turn capital into enterprise; turn enterprise into profit; turn profit into investment;
and turn investment into financial independence.
You don't need a degree to understand the sigificance of
that statement. What you do need is the gumption to follow through.
One more thing ... you aren't in the business you think you
are in. You are in the business of promoting your business.
That, my friend, is how one makes good money!
One either creates or finds a good product or service to bring
to the marketplace in hopes of making a profit.
Research is essential as to whether people will buy that
created or found product or service.
And ... you promote it!
It's that simple.
Two businesses I have found of good value that will aid in the
Rat Race Exit Strategy which, I believe, is the biggest niche in the universe.
The problem and why it takes Time, Effort and a Business Budget (Money)?
Even though it's the biggest nich in the universe, few are willing to do the
work to achieve the end result (Exit The Rat Race).
It's work finding those few ... just like any niche to be profitable one
must find those that fit the niche. It's work.
